DESCRIPTION

Face it. KIDS LOVE TO RUN! With this in mind, The Mighty Mammoth Kids Run was inspired by a child's NATURAL desire to connect with the outdoors and to give them a REAL Trail Race experience - Race BIBS, T-shirts, Medals and ALL! The Mighty Mammoth truly is the day's highlight event. The grit of these little ones on the trail and the moments of proud anticipation of a REAL finisher's medal around their neck will make every parent proud. The Mighty Mammoth Trail Run is for Kiddos 11 and under. Parents/Guardians are encouraged to participate and up to TWO adults can RUN for FREE with each registered runner.

• The Special Event area will include Family Friendly activities,  food, drink and product vendors.  Participants are encouraged to make a day (or a weekend) of enjoying this HISTORIC park's features and attractions.

• The Mighty Mammoth Trail Run is an all abilities event. We have learned first hand over the years not to limit what kids can do. There is PLENTY of support all along the generously marked trail. Parents know their kids best. If your little mammoth can get around a running track two or three times (with or without assistance) they can get make it thru the Mighty Mammoth!

• PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. USATF sanctioned event policy does not allow for animals to participate in competitions.

Mixed Trail/Road.  Mostly flat dirt loop with partial shade. NOT Walking/Jogger Stroller Friendly.

0800am -  30K  Start

0820am  - 15K  Start

0840am -  10K  Start
0900am -   5K   Start

 1030 am  -  Mammoth Mighty 1K  Start

CLASSIC WOOLLY SWAG​

All participants will receive a Mammoth Race OFFICIAL Race shirt and a Classic Cool Finisher's Medal. 

 

AWARDS
The Mighty Mammoth Kids Race is a NON-TIMED FUN RUN. No place awards will be given.​
